離乳食の進め方

最近の離乳食指導では、6ヶ月ぐらいから1回食を始めて、1ヵ月ぐらいたってから進みがいいようなら2回食にすすめるようになっています。

ただし離乳食のすすみ方に関しては個人差があるため、体重が増えて発育がいいようならあせらずゆっくり進めて行ってください。

ご質問の方は、離乳食のすすみが早く6ヵ月半で3回食という事ですが、固さや食事の内容が月齢相当ならば問題はなさそうです。

この時期の離乳食の意味合いとしては、栄養をとることよりも、噛むことを覚えたり、食事の楽しみを覚えたりすることですから、適当な固さの離乳食を喜んで食べているようなら大丈夫でしょう。

1歳ぐらいまでは、ミルクからの栄養がまだ必要な時期ですから、ミルクの量にも注意をはらってください。

無事、帰国いたしました。２３時にデンパサールに到着し翌日はホテルで一日寝込み、翌々日の観光も車で寝ていてかわいそうでしたが、四日目から熱も出なくなり最後の二日間はプールもなんとか入って楽しめたようです。
熱、ノド痛み、痰とせき、、、という順番で、今は大分落ち着いています。本当に、ありがとうございました。
