冬の風邪

学童クラブで、鼻水やのどの痛み、下痢の風邪が流行っているが、ノロウイルスが心配と、質問がありました。

ノロウイルスは腸管、特に小腸の感染症なので、主な症状は吐き気や上腹部痛になります。

結論から言うと、ノロウイルスではなく、ライノウイルスなどの軽いウイルスの感染症、又は乾燥や寒さのために、ノドや鼻の粘膜の状態が悪くなったり腸管の動きが悪くなっているためと思われます。

それほど厳重な注意は、必要ないでしょう。

自転車の横転による怪我ですが、本人の痛みの訴えもなく、１週間もたっていて元気にしているようなら、もう心配はいらないと思います。

いつもブログの情報を参考にさせて頂いています。

学校では、凄まじくノロが流行っていましたが、冬休みで感染は抑えられているようですが、学童クラブでの感染が気になるところです。
自転車での横転は、肝が冷えましたが、先生の回答で安心しました。
